Senior Content Manager

About the Company

Responsibilities

• Build a content framework aligned to pipeline goals, product roadmap, and core messaging themes
• Own the content calendar, coordinating around product launches and regulatory moments
• Develop deep fluency in buyer personas such as CCOs, MLROs, and Heads of Risk
• Write and commission white papers, research reports, guides, and blog posts
• Drive organic growth through SEO-led content, gated assets, and ABM campaigns
• Produce case studies in collaboration with Customer Success
• Manage freelance writers, videographers, and agencies
• Partner with designers to produce enterprise-quality materials

Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B technology content within financial services
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Strong project management and deadline delivery capabilities
• Experience leading freelancers and agencies
• Proven use of AI tools to improve content production and quality
• Ability to work across functions with senior stakeholders
