Senior Content Manager

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize website content to drive acquisition, conversion, and customer outcomes
• Create and improve web pages across the Zopa website, including landing pages and support sections
• Partner with SEO, GEO, and performance agencies to deliver on content roadmaps
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement content-led growth tests
• Audit existing content to identify opportunities for consolidation or improvement
• Manage freelance support including briefing, editing, and quality assurance

Requirements

• Experience creating or managing website content for acquisition or conversion
• Hands-on experience with GA4 and tools like Hotjar
• Ability to pull and interpret insights from BI dashboards like Tableau
• Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for clarity and structure
• Familiarity with SEO principles
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or app-led businesses preferred

• Degree in English, Journalism, or a related field
