Senior Content Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a cohesive content strategy for the ZS Impact Institute, translating proprietary research into high-impact narratives.
• Lead content creation for flagship thought leadership outputs, including large-scale publications, reports, and executive communications.
• Partner with marcomms leadership and ZS executives to establish editorial direction, messaging frameworks, and content pillars.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, and campaign teams to execute multi-channel content across video, podcasts, social media, and marketing assets.
• Mentor writers and contributors to maintain high standards of writing, storytelling, and editorial rigor.
• Build scalable content systems and workflows to turn research into repeatable, multi-channel content experiences.
• Use data and performance metrics to optimize content strategy and track engagement and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in content strategy, thought leadership, or B2B marketing/communications.
• Proven experience writing for healthcare audiences.
• Expert knowledge of AP style and in-house style guide application.
• Strong understanding of SEO and GEO best practices for digital content.
• Excellent project management skills and experience with content management systems.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
• Ability to flex schedule to collaborate with global team members.

• Proven ability to translate complex, technical research into accessible storytelling.
