Senior Content Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of ELA and ELT educational products from concept through publication
• Conduct market research through teacher interviews, classroom observations, focus groups, and conferences
• Partner with the Line Manager and regional teams on project planning and execution
• Build and manage relationships with authors, advisors, reviewers, freelancers, and vendors
• Oversee content quality, consistency, timelines, budgets, and project documentation
• Resolve content issues with authors and editors and maintain smooth workflow across teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in ELT publishing or editorial/content development roles
• Strong knowledge of the ELT field and English language learning practices
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience managing freelancers and working with authors across regions
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital content projects
• Previous teaching experience in English language learning or related settings
