Senior Content Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop solutions across Duck Creek Author, Manuscript, Forms, Rating, and Policy modules
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams
• Lead debugging, performance tuning, and complex root-cause analysis across Duck Creek components
• Manage environment engineering, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of Duck Creek applications and infrastructure
• Support CI/CD, automation improvements, and deployment execution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure environment readiness
• Validate technical specifications and maintain traceability throughout the SDLC
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and facilitate knowledge-sharing workshops

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Duck Creek Author, Manuscript, Forms, Rating, Policy, Billing, and Claims
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency with CI/CD processes and automation
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving APIs, integrations, and data flows
