Senior Content Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, UXR/Analytics, and engineering
• Lead the creation and development of content strategies that influence the overall user experience
• Craft member-centric content for UI, notifications, help documentation, and other touchpoints
• Partner with Brand and Product Marketing teams to maintain a consistent tone of voice
• Conduct content audits to ensure accuracy, relevance, and adherence to style guides
• Organize and maintain documentation, decks, and design files
• Work with other Content Designers to develop content style guides and advocate for best practices
• Partner with legal, localization, and support teams for responsible content launches

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Content Designer, UX Writer, or Content Strategist in a software product environment
• A portfolio showcasing craft and problem-solving methodology
• Deep understanding of user experience and frictionless user flows
• Experience working with AI, including dynamic and non-deterministic interfaces
• Familiarity with design systems and interaction patterns for Android, iOS, and web apps
• Ability to present ideas and incorporate feedback into iterative work
• Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements
