Senior Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Autonomously ideate large volumes of content across multiple media platforms and tools
• Create content that makes impactful connections with consumers, measured by high attention metrics
• Cull for insights based on real-time response/reaction to live content and adapt content based on learnings
• Collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional departments on rapid-fire requests and tight timelines
• Attend creative brainstorms, kick-offs, and team meetings contributing meaningful ideas and design strategy
• Mentor Creators, Creator Residents, Art Directors, and Copywriters on best practices and execution

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional creative experience
• Proficiency in Videography/Photography using DSLR
• Proficiency in Editing using Final Cut and After Effects
• Proficiency in Writing using Google Docs and Word
• Proficiency in Art/Design using Adobe Suite, Google Slides, and Canva
• Extraordinary content creation skills from start to finish
• Strong initiative and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
