Senior Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Ideate, script, film, and edit high-performing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Threads.
• Translate and adapt global content for the German market, ensuring formats and tones resonate locally.
• Spot cultural trends and surface timely opportunities to help Firefox participate in relevant conversations.
• Manage real-time community engagement across @firefox_de channels, monitoring conversations and responding to users.
• Build and champion relationships with German content creators and manage UGC partnerships.
• Feed audience insights back to the broader content team to inform future strategy.

Requirements

• German fluency (written and spoken) with the ability to craft culturally sharp, nuanced copy.
• 5+ years of hands-on social content production experience, specifically with short-form video platforms.
• Demonstrated expertise in filming and editing video using mobile-first tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
• Outstanding editorial skills in both German and English.
• Deep knowledge of the German digital landscape, including creators, platforms, and cultural moments.
• A strong portfolio of social content demonstrating measurable engagement growth.
• A passion for Mozilla's mission to prioritize user choice, control, and privacy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in other European markets and languages.
• Familiarity with social analytics tools and a data-informed approach to content optimization.
• Previous experience working at a tech company or within the digital privacy and security space.
