Senior Content Associate

Responsibilities

• Define the brand narrative and set the voice and tone across web, blog, email, and social media
• Draft and sharpen web copy, including headlines, landing pages, and CTAs
• Write and edit long-form content, product announcements, and thought leadership blogs
• Own email and lifecycle copy, including onboarding sequences and A/B testing variants
• Manage the content calendar, writing briefs and tracking pieces from draft to publication
• Coordinate with designers, freelancers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain high quality standards by self-editing and reviewing team content for clarity and consistency
• Build efficient workflows and utilize AI tools to optimize content production

Requirements

• 3-5 years of copywriting experience, ideally within the B2B SaaS industry
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across web, blog, email, and social media formats
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts into plain, engaging copy
• Strong organizational and project management skills to manage a full content calendar
• Ability to own processes end-to-end and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and experience with tools like Google Analytics or HubSpot
• Experience writing content specifically for sales and support teams
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
