Senior Consulting Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive project initiation for medium complexity projects and support high complexity projects by delivering key workstreams.
• Develop detailed project management plans to ensure predictable delivery and alignment with customer schedules.
• Manage project lifecycles, including monitoring risks, tracking metrics, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
• Facilitate the contracting process for partner resources by briefing partners and coordinating candidate interviews.
• Manage stakeholder communications regarding project health, financial performance, and delivery progress.
• Drive timely project closure by ensuring all sign-off tasks and documentation are completed.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to support contract setup, compliance, and fiscal responsibility.
• Act as the voice of the customer by analyzing feedback and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI Polygraph Security Clearance.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and relationship development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• 8+ years of experience in project management.
• 4+ years of experience in financial management.
• Agile certifications, such as Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or Professional Scrum Master One (PSM1).
