About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation, training, and support on CFD simulations, including turbulence, heat transfer, FSI, and multiphase modeling
- Perform CFD simulations for various industries, specifically Aerospace & Defense and Oil & Gas
- Develop customized training materials and workshops using the Ansys Fluids Portfolio
- Manage project lifecycles including cost and time estimation, proposal writing, execution, and timely delivery
- Deliver high-quality introductory and advanced training sessions both online and onsite to regional customers
- Travel up to 20% as required for client engagements
Requirements
- BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace, or a related engineering field
- Relevant experience based on education level: 8-10 years (BS), 3 years (MS), or 1 year (PhD)
- Proficiency in ANSYS Fluent, SpaceClaim, and Fluent Meshing
- Experience with HPC setups for large-scale simulations
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong logical problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with radiation, DPM, species transport, and MDM models
- Knowledge of industrial codes and standards
