About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Feasibility Studies for LNG import terminals and related energy infrastructure projects
- Develop, review, and oversee the preparation of FEED documentation
- Define and establish process design philosophies, technical assumptions, and basis of design documentation
- Manage and coach a multidisciplinary team of 8–10 engineers across various disciplines
- Allocate tasks, review deliverables, and ensure technical quality control
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- Resolve cross-disciplinary technical challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or MBA
- 10–12 years of Engineering/Design experience in the LNG industry
- Proven experience in LNG Import Terminal projects (Onshore/FSRU preferred)
- Experience across Feasibility and FEED project phases
- Proven experience leading a multidisciplinary engineering team
Preferred Qualifications
- Consulting firm experience
- Based in Jakarta
