Senior Consultant/Project Manager - Transaction & Investor Services

Responsibilities

• Lead modules in large-scale projects and manage end-to-end project execution for smaller engagements
• Manage and coach project teams, typically consisting of three to five consultants
• Design and lead holistic commercial due diligence efforts for M&A deals
• Develop value creation programs for portfolio companies through deep market and business analysis
• Maintain direct client contact and lead presentations during high-level client meetings
• Contribute to firm-wide knowledge development by capturing insights from client engagements
• Participate in office-wide strategic projects and in-depth industry studies

Requirements

• Academic university education (WO)
• 4-7 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or strategic/operational roles
• Proven track record with more than 15 commercial due diligence projects
• Proficiency in financial modeling (Excel) and presentation storytelling (PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex arguments clearly
• Experience managing others and delegating work to junior team members
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
