Senior Consultant/Project Manager - Energy

Responsibilities

• Lead specific modules within large-scale projects and manage the end-to-end execution of smaller projects.
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior consultants within project teams.
• Maintain direct client contact and lead high-level presentations during client meetings.
• Collaborate with industry experts to drive solutions across the energy value chain, including renewables, hydrogen, and grid development.
• Contribute to the firm's knowledge development by capturing insights and participating in office-wide strategic studies.

Requirements

• Completed academic university education (WO).
• 4-7 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or strategic roles within a large company or public sector.
• Proven prior involvement and expertise in the energy sector.
• Demonstrated experience managing others and delegating work effectively.
• Proficiency in financial modeling (Excel) and professional presentation/storytelling (PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical thinking, precision, and fluency in English.
