Senior Consultant/Project Manager - Automotive

Responsibilities

• Take the lead for modules in larger projects and manage smaller projects, typically leading three to five consultants
• Coach and develop consultants within your project teams
• Collaborate closely with industry experts and partners
• Contribute to business development efforts and knowledge development by capturing insights from client work
• Participate in office-wide projects and in-depth studies to further the firm's thinking in specific sectors

Requirements

• Academic university education (WO)
• 4-10 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or strategic/operational roles in large companies or the public sector
• Prior involvement in the automotive industry is required
• Experience managing others and delegating work to junior team members
• Proficiency in Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (visualizing presentations and storytelling)
• Excellent English communication, oral, and written skills
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure arguments clearly
