About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver medium-to-large work packages across economics, planning, and development advisory projects
- Manage project scope, budgets, and timelines while ensuring all outputs meet quality standards
- Mentor and guide junior team members to support consistency and excellence in delivery
- Contribute to proposals, fee estimates, and client meetings to strengthen market presence
- Support business development initiatives and nurture ongoing client relationships
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Advisory and Technical Advisory Services teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in economics, land-use planning, development feasibility, or related advisory work
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex information
- Confidence in managing project components and engaging directly with clients
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to mentor less experienced team members
- Desire to grow into a future Associate or Principal pathway
