Senior Consultant - Workday Integrations

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance Workday integrations including inbound and outbound EIBs
• Develop Core Connectors for HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Financials
• Create report-based integrations using RaaS and composite reports
• Support file-based integrations (CSV, XML) using SFTP
• Perform integration fixes, enhancements, and refactors based on technical designs
• Maintain technical documentation, including mappings and logic
• Conduct unit testing and support SIT/UAT processes
• Troubleshoot integration errors and data issues
• Collaborate with U.S.-based Integration Leads, Architects, and functional consultants

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday Integrations experience
• Strong expertise in Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Core Connectors
• Proven experience with report-based integrations (RaaS)
• Workday Pro Integrations Services certification AND Workday Pro Studio Services Certification
• Proficiency with XML and CSV file formats
• Understanding of Workday security concepts related to integrations
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients in an offshore delivery model
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
