Senior Consultant, Workday HCM - Payroll Module

Responsibilities

• Lead functional activities for the Workday Payroll workstream, including planning, process design, configuration, and user acceptance testing
• Assist clients in addressing complex business challenges by maximizing the performance of Workday Payroll functions
• Define, build, and implement enhancements to payroll processes to align with business objectives
• Coordinate with other project workstreams to ensure an integrated solution
• Mentor junior team members and oversee the quality of Workday deliverables
• Organize and deliver services across a variety of complex projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering Workday HCM solutions
• 2+ years of experience implementing and configuring Workday HCM Payroll
• Experience leading at least one full life cycle implementation of the Workday HCM Payroll module
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to obtain and maintain required Workday certifications
• Ability to travel 50-75% on average based on client needs
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Actively Workday US Payroll certified
