Senior Consultant, Workday HCM - Benefits Module

Responsibilities

• Lead functional activities for the Workday HCM Benefits module workstream, including planning, process design, configuration, and user acceptance testing
• Assist clients in addressing complex business challenges by maximizing Workday Benefits performance through advanced systems and processes
• Define, build, and implement enhancements to Benefits processes to align with business objectives and drive results
• Coordinate with other project workstreams to ensure the delivery of an integrated solution
• Mentor junior team members and oversee the quality of Workday deliverables
• Organize and deliver services across a variety of complex client projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering Workday HCM solutions
• 2+ years of experience implementing and configuring Workday HCM Benefits
• Experience leading at least one full life cycle implementation of the Workday HCM Benefits module
• Ability to obtain and maintain required Workday certifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to travel 50-75% on average based on client needs
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
