Senior Consultant - Wealth and Asset Management Operations

Responsibilities

• Deliver market-facing operations and processes in accordance with client requirements and SLAs
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on key client processes and provide guidance to junior resources
• Supervise small teams to manage the daily delivery of specific sub-processes
• Ensure daily end-of-day sign-offs on all deliverables and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support and provide inputs for metrics and reporting, including SLAs, KRIs, and KPIs
• Document processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and checklists for leadership approval
• Identify and implement process improvements, efficiencies, and automation opportunities
• Assist with the screening and hiring of new resources to build out teams

Requirements

• Graduation or post-graduation in commerce or finance, or an MBA in Finance
• 4-7 years of experience in asset management or investment banking operations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Sound knowledge of Capital Markets and exposure to Asset Management/Investment Banking operations
• Proficiency in at least one middle/back-office function (e.g., Trade matching, Position/Cash Reconciliation, or Derivatives processing)
• Excellent English proficiency, both oral and written
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to ambiguous situations
