Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Oversee consulting activities and deliver high-quality engagements for clients in the UK & Ireland cluster
• Identify business opportunities and propose strategic solutions to meet client objectives
• Lead and manage the delivery of consultancy projects, including managing internal and external project teams
• Collaborate with Data Science teams to deliver analytics solutions and actionable data insights
• Manage project budgets, costs, and timeframes to ensure high standards of delivery
• Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with key client stakeholders and senior executives
• Develop thought leadership regarding the future of payments and the banking ecosystem
• Support practice development by creating innovative methodologies, tools, and skills

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in management consulting with proven project delivery expertise
• Significant experience within the retail banking, payment card industry, or merchant retail sectors
• Proven track record of managing projects in digital and technology-driven environments
• Strong analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of data analytics methodologies
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to present complex information
• Strong business acumen and the ability to conduct deep market and client research
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, with a requirement to be in the office at least 3 days per week
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
