Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive cost plans, detailed estimates, and cashflow forecasts for the construction lifecycle
• Utilize cost estimation software including CostX and HIVE to provide rate breakdowns for material, labor, and equipment
• Evaluate design modifications and emerging technologies for cost effectiveness and commercial viability
• Conduct feasibility studies and life-cycle cost modeling to assess financial impact
• Execute value engineering processes to optimize project costs and functionality
• Manage change management processes, including variation assessment and compensation event negotiation
• Oversee procurement activities, contract drafting, and subcontract documentation
• Prepare monthly financial dashboards and present progress to clients
• Lead financial closure of projects through final account negotiation and reconciliation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 4 years of experience in cost consultancy or a related occupation
• Proficiency with cost estimation and BIM software
• Experience in construction cost management and procurement
