Senior Consultant Transaction Advisory Private Equity

Responsibilities

• Create Commercial Due Diligence reports for specific workstreams
• Develop growth strategies and support Buy-and-Build/platform strategies
• Identify investment opportunities through target screenings
• Develop market models and validate business plans
• Conduct primary and secondary research for market, customer, and competitor analyses
• Support acquisition efforts and product development
• Provide technical supervision and mentoring to interns and analysts

Requirements

• Completed Master's degree
• 4+ years of experience in transaction consulting, M&A, strategy, private equity, or venture capital
• Experience managing workstreams and teams
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Excellent language skills in German and English
• Strong analytical mindset and presentation skills
