Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide case delivery support and work stream management across research, analysis, and technical skills
• Lead discrete workstreams and manage smaller cases directly
• Develop hypotheses and refine answers through validation
• Manage case teams on a day-to-day basis, including workload planning and coaching
• Handle client liaison, including empathizing with issues and escalating concerns
• Lead presentations of conclusions to clients
• Support business development and build client relationships

Requirements

• 4-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in consulting
• Degree qualified (2.1 or above preferred)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and numerical skills
• Proven leadership, ambition, and teamwork abilities
• Ability to operate at a fast pace and influence stakeholders
• High attention to detail in reports and data
• Working knowledge of a major European language is an advantage
