Senior Consultant - Technology in Deals, Deal Advisory

Responsibilities

• Support technology due diligence to assess target companies across applications, data, infrastructure, and cyber security
• Lead technology integration and separation design, planning, and execution
• Develop technology principles aligned with business strategy and estimate cost impacts such as synergies and standalone costs
• Design interim and target state operating models (e.g., Day 1, Day 2)
• Identify and develop Transition Service Agreements (TSAs)
• Manage program mobilization and execution for deal engagements

Requirements

• Proven experience in scoping, planning, and executing technology integration or separation programs
• Experience in technology due diligence engagements
• Strong knowledge of technology strategy, architecture, and tech stack design
• Understanding of technology resilience, cyber security, and technology risk
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Superior written and verbal communication skills to present complex findings to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialization in a deal context, such as due diligence or integration/separation
• Experience with technology financials and operating model design
