Senior Consultant - Technology in Deals, Deal Advisory

Responsibilities

• Perform technology due diligence to assess target companies across applications, data, infrastructure, and cyber security
• Support technology integration and separation design, planning, and execution
• Develop technology principles aligned with business strategy and estimate cost impacts such as synergies and standalone costs
• Design interim and target state operating models (e.g., Day 1, Day 2)
• Identify and develop Transition Service Agreements (TSAs)
• Lead program mobilisation and execution for technology deal engagements

Requirements

• Experience in scoping, planning, and executing technology integration or separation programs
• Proven experience in delivering technology due diligence engagements
• Strong knowledge of technology strategy, architecture, and tech stack design
• Understanding of technology resilience, cyber security, and technology risk
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distil complex issues for different audiences
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialisation in a deal context, such as due diligence or integration/separation
• Experience with technology financials and operating model design
