Senior Consultant Technical Due Diligence

Responsibilities

• Independent planning, management, and execution of Technical Due Diligence mandates for existing properties and project developments across all asset classes
• Act as the technical point of contact for clients during TDD projects
• Conduct site inspections, document reviews, and technical assessments including cost and risk evaluations
• Create, quality assure, and present TDD reports and discuss results with clients in German and English
• Assist in acquisition and proposal preparation
• Contribute to the development of consulting services, such as life-cycle or portfolio considerations
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing projects

Requirements

• University degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in Technical Due Diligence, Building Consultancy, Project Monitoring, or comparable technical real estate consulting
• Technical understanding of buildings, construction, and repair topics
• Experience in direct client contact, ideally with investors, financiers, or institutional clients
• Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and a passion for consulting
• Structured, independent, and analytical way of working
• Very good German and English language skills
