Senior Consultant - Tech Consulting - AI and Data

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology projects across the full life cycle, specifically focusing on AI and Data initiatives
• Create detailed project plans, including task breakdown, timelines, and resource allocation
• Act as an Agile facilitator (Scrum Master/Product Delivery Lead) using Scrum or Kanban methodologies
• Monitor project progress, milestones, and schedules while providing regular status reports
• Manage stakeholder expectations and act as a liaison between development teams, architects, and vendors
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks through comprehensive risk registers and contingency plans
• Oversee go-live planning, including cutover activities, production deployments, and post-go-live hyper-care support
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned to enhance future project playbooks

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical project management within an SDLC environment (Agile and Waterfall)
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and governance
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage complex IT initiatives and deliver results within budget and on time

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI ACP, SAFe, CSM, PSM, or ITIL certification
• MBA degree
• Experience specifically managing AI and Data-driven technology projects
• Immediate availability to join the team
