Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition - Technology

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, complex, and specialized Technology and Techno-Functional roles
• Partner with senior leaders and executives from intake through to advising on final hiring decisions
• Utilize various sourcing channels and talent pipelines to find high-quality candidates
• Leverage recruitment metrics to craft business reports, presentations, and leadership updates
• Deliver on diversity requirements through focused events, community partnerships, and networking
• Lead recruitment events, both in-person and virtual, and drive talent marketing efforts
• Build strategic relationships with hiring managers to ensure exceptional service and diligence

Requirements

• Expertise hiring for niche technology roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Architects, Cloud Engineers, Agile)
• Hands-on headhunting and innovative sourcing skills using tech platforms and professional networks
• Progressive recruitment experience, including leading initiatives and building recruitment strategies
• Strong market intelligence regarding the latest trends in the tech talent market
• Proficiency in using data for TA analytics, compliance, and data-driven delivery
• Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques and strong business acumen
• Exceptional persuasive verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in French and/or Spanish is considered an asset
