Senior Consultant, Strategy & Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging market opportunities through research and analysis to support strategic recommendations
• Build complex financial models and business plans to evaluate new products and services
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop long-term strategic plans and product roadmaps
• Support the end-to-end M&A lifecycle, including target identification, due diligence, and integration
• Lead financial modeling for partner engagements, including market sizing and P&L forecasting
• Contribute to annual strategy reviews presented to executive leadership and the Board

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field
• Proven expertise in financial modeling and strategic planning
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to drive decisions and gain buy-in
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate compelling stories to senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product strategy development and supporting product launches
• Background in business development, partnership negotiations, or M&A execution
• Previous experience in a Chief of Staff capacity managing leadership reporting and stakeholder materials
• A passion for the media, entertainment, and technology sectors
