Senior Consultant - Strategy and Transactions

Responsibilities

• Analyze and present client business models, identifying key strengths, weaknesses, and findings
• Provide strategic insights and factual conclusions to drive value in transaction processes
• Gather, verify, and assess information to formulate professional views and advice
• Prepare and review high-quality deliverables, including written reports and client presentations
• Assist in the preparation of proposals for prospective clients
• Build and maintain internal and external professional networks
• Provide coaching and support to junior team members

Requirements

• Qualified or pursuing professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA)
• Strong academic record in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
• Fluency in both Greek and English (written and verbal)
• Sound financial modelling skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a transaction advisory environment or similar team
• Data analytics skills using specialized tools or programming languages
• Energetic, positive attitude with a strong eye for detail
