Senior Consultant Strategic Project Management – PM Tools

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and further development for project management systems and PM tools
• Analyze and coordinate functional requirements with departments, project managers, and IT
• Support optimization and implementation projects, including rollouts, testing, and user support
• Manage and coordinate relevant interfaces and maintain active stakeholder management
• Develop and refine project management standards, workflows, templates, and methodologies

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Project Management, or a comparable qualification
• Long-term experience in strategic project management, PMO environments, or functional system management
• Strong knowledge of common project management methods
• Experience with PM tools, such as Planisware, is highly desirable
• Fluency in both German and English
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong communication skills
