Senior Consultant, Solution Consulting

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pre-sales solutioning for Fraud and Identity offerings, from initial discovery through deal closure.
• Engage business and technical stakeholders to diagnose fraud challenges, identity gaps, and regulatory requirements.
• Design and present tailored solution architectures, user journeys, and value propositions to drive client outcomes.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, workshops, and executive presentations to banks, fintechs, and digital platforms.
• Develop and refine go-to-market (GTM) narratives and monitor market intelligence, including regulatory changes and competitor positioning.
• Support sales enablement through the creation of pitch decks, playbooks, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Partner with clients post-sale to provide integration guidance and ensure successful solution adoption and value realization.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to provide market insights and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, or product consulting within financial services, fintech, or enterprise SaaS.
• Deep domain expertise in Fraud, Identity (eKYC), AML/Compliance, and digital risk solutions.
• Proven track record of engaging with banks, lenders, fintechs, or digital platforms.
• Hands-on experience with fraud detection platforms, identity verification solutions, or risk analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-driven narratives for C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect product capabilities to long-term market opportunities.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
