Senior Consultant - Solar Power

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual design and feasibility studies for ground-mounted, rooftop, and floating solar PV, battery storage, and hybrid renewable energy projects
• Prepare technical due diligence for potential acquisition or financing of solar PV and battery storage projects
• Prepare energy yield analysis for solar PV projects
• Assist clients with solar PV EPC tendering, negotiations, and project development
• Act as owner's engineer during design and construction, including project management and design review
• Act as lenders engineer for construction and operations monitoring

Requirements

• Higher professional degree in a relevant engineering field (B.Sc. or higher)
• More than 5 years of work experience in power utilities, IPP developers, or power sector consulting
• Proven experience in solar and battery storage project development phases
• Fluency in English; Chinese language skills are a plus
• Excellent report writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and interact effectively with clients
