Senior Consultant - Site Investigation & Remediation

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and deliver sustainable outcomes and closures
• Initiate and lead sales efforts, including proactive business development and proposal writing
• Manage large, complex, and multidisciplinary projects
• Produce, oversee, and review the compilation of technical project reports
• Manage and mentor multiple project teams and junior consultants
• Utilize established internal and external networks to benefit ERM and client delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in earth science, environmental science, engineering, planning, or a related field
• 10+ years of consulting experience specifically with contaminated sites
• Experience working within the mining, oil and gas, manufacturing, infrastructure, or development sectors
• Knowledge of the WA market and local regulatory context
• Proven track record in business development and winning large, strategic projects
• Experience mentoring and growing high-performing consultant teams
• Authorization to work in Australia
