Senior Consultant - ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical and functional expert for ServiceNow projects
• Design, implement, and configure complex solutions and custom modules to meet client requirements
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the application of best practices
• Participate in client workshops to assess current processes and define target states
• Supervise and perform unit testing for code developed by partners or clients
• Advise clients on leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to improve business processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet deadlines, budget, and scope

Requirements

• 4-8 years of software development experience
• 1-3 years of experience implementing ServiceNow in complex environments
• 4 years of technology experience, including large-scale system maintenance
• Proficiency in all application development lifecycle phases within Agile environments
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Strong problem-solving expertise and ability to handle complex analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications
• Certified Technical Architect title or in progress
• Experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management applications
• Experience in security operations or delivering solutions within regulatory frameworks
