Senior Consultant Securities Financing

Responsibilities

• Deliver advisory, project management, business analysis, and implementation support for the Broadridge SFCM platform.
• Support KSA clients in establishing Securities Borrowing & Lending (SBL) businesses from inception.
• Assess current-state front-to-back processes and design target operating models (TOMs).
• Gather and document business requirements to translate them into functional SFCM solutions.
• Configure and support SFCM across the trade lifecycle, collateral management, and reporting.
• Manage testing (SIT/UAT), Go-Live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Engage and manage senior client stakeholders across business, operations, and IT departments.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in Securities Financing, including SBL, Repo, or Collateral Management.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Broadridge SFCM, Equilend, or Pirum.
• Proven experience in project management, business analysis, or system implementation roles.
• Solid understanding of front-to-back securities finance workflows.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with greenfield initiatives or market-setup projects is a strong advantage.
• Exposure to KSA or Middle East financial markets and regulations is highly desirable.
