Senior Consultant - SAP Production Planning

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP PP solution design and execution for manufacturing clients
• Conduct fit-to-standard workshops and define optimal business processes
• Configure master data structures including BOMs, routings, work centers, and production versions
• Support ECC to S/4HANA migrations using both brownfield and greenfield approaches
• Lead the transition from classic PP to embedded PP-DS and implement MRP Live
• Drive integration across SAP modules including MM, SD, QM, FI/CO, and EWM/WM
• Manage RICEF identification, prioritization, and estimation for PP workstreams
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical oversight to ensure quality delivery

Requirements

• 7+ years of SAP PP experience, including full lifecycle implementations
• Hands-on expertise in both ECC and S/4HANA environments
• Deep knowledge of master data design, demand management, and MRP strategies (MTS, MTO, CTO)
• Proven track record of integrating PP with MM, SD, and other logistics modules
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MRP Live, DDMRP, and predictive planning models
• Expertise in Variant Configuration (LO-VC and S/4HANA AVC)
• Knowledge of SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) and MES integration patterns
• Experience with discrete, process, and repetitive manufacturing scenarios
• Familiarity with SAP BTP and modern development frameworks
