Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Take the lead for modules in larger projects and manage the end-to-end execution of smaller projects.
• Lead, coach, and develop consultant teams, typically consisting of three to five members.
• Analyze complex business challenges and develop data-driven recommendations for national and international clients.
• Work closely with industry experts to deliver tailor-made strategic solutions.
• Contribute to the firm's knowledge development by capturing insights and participating in office-wide research projects.

Requirements

• Completed academic university education (WO).
• More than 3 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or strategic/operational roles in large companies or the public sector.
• Proven experience managing others and delegating work to junior team members.
• Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel and creating presentations in PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured argumentation, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent command of the English language (oral and written).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior industry experience in sectors such as FMCG, Energy, TMT, Healthcare, Automotive, or Financial Services.
• Strong technical affinity combined with commercial insight.
