Senior Consultant, Research and Development Tax

Responsibilities

• Work alongside teams on the efficient preparation and successful delivery of R&D tax claims in the Financial Services sector
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service
• Take a leading role in interaction with clients' senior stakeholders
• Build relationships within the firm and externally to identify opportunities and manage stakeholders
• Contribute to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients and participating in business development activities

Requirements

• Experience in a wider Corporation Tax or R&D tax practitioner role
• Ability to integrate quickly with new teams
• Strong technical skills and relationship management abilities
• Ability to identify areas of risk and carry out effective reviews

Preferred Qualifications

• Fully qualified ACA/CA/ACCA/ATT/CTA
• Strong Excel capability including XLOOKUP, IF functions, and pivot tables
• Experience manipulating large and complex datasets
• Strong writing, communication, and project management skills
