Senior Consultant - Real Estate Strategy & Workplace Consulting

Responsibilities

• Lead and support various concurrent real estate advisory projects
• Conduct client interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather and analyze data
• Translate business processes into workplace models and spatial requirements
• Manage workplace innovation projects, including resource management and invoicing
• Develop workplace improvement proposals, stacking options, and design reviews
• Support the development of thought leadership and bid proposals
• Interface with client leadership to finalize project concepts and documents

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in workplace strategy, design, corporate real estate consulting, or business analysis
• Proven experience managing workplace or real estate consulting projects
• Strong strategic planning and project management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to engage stakeholders within complex environments
• Knowledge of Well/LEED principles
• Understanding of post-COVID workplace trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree qualification
• Professional certifications such as PRINCE 2, MSP, MRICS, APMPQ, or Better Business Cases
• PROSCI certified practitioner
• Experience using workplace and real estate data technology
