Senior Consultant, Real Estate Advisory

Responsibilities

• Support the on-time and on-budget delivery of real estate advisory engagements
• Contribute to engagements involving acquisitions, disposals, and transaction management
• Provide valuation advice, development feasibility assessments, and financial modelling
• Prepare clear, well-structured reports and client deliverables
• Assist with business development activities, including proposals and tender responses
• Coordinate with third-party consultants and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Share insights on real estate market conditions and industry trends

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Property Economics or a related real estate discipline
• 3–7 years of practical experience in real estate advisory, transactions, or related roles
• Experience supporting acquisitions, disposals, and real estate advisory engagements
• Understanding of property leases, planning frameworks, and property fundamentals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written communication and report-writing capabilities
• CPV accreditation or a Real Estate Licence is desirable but not essential
