Senior Consultant - Project Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of Intelligent Transport Systems projects, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely completion
• Manage project controls, including forecasting, cost-to-complete reporting, and resource allocation
• Support operations through reporting, bid writing, marketing writing, and data analytics using PowerBI and Excel
• Act as a key interface between the client and WSP, managing communications and progress meetings
• Undertake project planning and scheduling in collaboration with Technical Managers
• Develop and monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to quality procedures and safety, health, and wellbeing standards
• Review contract scopes and advise the project delivery team accordingly

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in project management or a related field
• CAPM, Prince2, PMP, or a similar Project Management qualification
• Degree in a relevant discipline (BE, BTech, or Post Graduate in Construction Management)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and MS Project or Primavera P6
• Strong ability to coordinate accurate reports and meet predetermined deadlines
• Experience managing internal teams and interfacing with client organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on UK-based infrastructure projects
• Experience managing ERP systems such as Oracle
• Membership of a Professional Institution
