Senior Consultant, Project Management Office

Responsibilities

• Collate key updates and risk factors from Product Owners and Project Managers to communicate outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on productivity savings for each portfolio and initiative in collaboration with global cross-functional teams.
• Manage monthly financials for portfolios and projects, ensuring timely communication of outcomes to key stakeholders.
• Interact directly with various committees and senior management.
• Utilize Excel, PowerBI, and Clarity to track information, prepare dashboards, and analyze project expenses and costs.

Requirements

• 9 to 10 years of proven experience in Project Management within the capital markets domain.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
• Hands-on proficiency with project management and dashboarding tools including Clarity, PowerBI, and Microsoft Excel.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling large-scale projects from a planning, budgeting, and resourcing perspective.
• Familiarity with risk management and regulatory frameworks in financial services.
• SAFe 6 certification.
• Other relevant industry qualifications.
