Senior Consultant - Project Controls

Responsibilities

• Manage cost and financial controls, including budgets, forecasts (EAC/ETC), variance analysis, and invoicing.
• Support planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to track progress and the critical path.
• Prepare project performance insights, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Maintain risk, issue, and change registers while assessing potential impacts.
• Support WBS, baselines, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineering teams, and finance functions to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
• Maintain accurate project data and reporting systems, including Oracle or ERP systems.

Requirements

• 7-8 years of experience in project planning and controlling within the project management industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (MSP).
• Advanced expertise in MS Excel and Word for developing tools and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of CPM (Critical Path Method) and EV (Earned Value) techniques.
• Experience working with international, multidisciplinary, and global teams.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with strong financial acumen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification or membership from APM, PMI (PMP), Primavera, or AACE.
• Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Power Apps.
