Senior Consultant - Programme Advisory – Business Case & Project Finance

Responsibilities

• Support clients in developing, implementing, and optimising procurement and funding strategies for Net Zero targets
• Assess business challenges and develop optimal solutions and implementation plans
• Contribute to business case development and major infrastructure development using private capital
• Deploy and improve established processes, tools, and systems
• Present ideas and outputs in a clear, concise, and engaging manner
• Collaborate within multi-disciplined teams to provide holistic professional advisory services
• Identify and progress business generation opportunities

Requirements

• Experience in project finance and/or business case development
• Experience in de-carbonisation, Net Zero, Renewable energy, Defence, or Water sectors
• Experience working with the public sector and managing transactions/projects in public sector settings
• Understanding of UK policy guidance, economic benefit assessment, and social value
• Knowledge of project finance and the role of private capital in infrastructure
• Experience with PPP/PFI (specifically PFI Handback)
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to lead on bid proposals
• Must be a British National and hold a UK Passport to obtain Security Clearance (SC)
