Senior Consultant, Product Marketing

Responsibilities

• Own Dell's global AI content strategy across Consumer and Gaming portfolios
• Develop a content framework to improve AI visibility, recommendation rates, and share of voice across leading LLM platforms
• Identify content, messaging, and knowledge gaps that impact AI-generated recommendations
• Build and prioritize a roadmap of AI content initiatives aligned to business priorities and customer buying journeys
• Partner with Product Marketing to develop AI-ready messaging, FAQs, comparisons, and product narratives
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices for AI-optimized content creation across the organization
• Lead cross-functional execution across Digital, SEO, PR, Social, Analyst Relations, and Product Management teams
• Define executive dashboards and KPIs to measure AI visibility, citations, and competitive performance

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Content Strategy, Digital Strategy, or SEO
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide content strategy and influencing cross-functional organizations
• Deep knowledge of search, information architecture, structured content, and content governance
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business strategy and executive recommendations
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and how generative AI impacts customer discovery

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the technology industry, consumer electronics, or SaaS
• Experience partnering with PR, Social, and Analyst Relations teams to drive brand visibility
