Senior Consultant - Procurement Advisory (AI Leveraged)

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to define procurement strategies, target operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Diagnose procurement challenges and identify value levers across sourcing, category management, and supplier collaboration.
• Leverage AI and GenAI capabilities to improve decision quality, speed, and scalability in procurement processes.
• Translate strategic concepts into pragmatic, value-backed initiatives supported by data-driven insights.
• Support end-to-end procurement process optimization with a focus on intelligence and automation.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to deliver tailored recommendations.
• Coach and develop junior team members in structured problem-solving and consulting rigor.

Requirements

• Experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Advisory within a management consulting or equivalent environment.
• Strong knowledge of core procurement capabilities, including strategic sourcing and category management.
• Hands-on exposure to AI, GenAI, or advanced analytics applications within a procurement context.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for engaging with senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Broader experience in Supply Chain functions such as Planning, Manufacturing, or Logistics.
• Familiarity with procurement digital platforms and intelligent procurement ecosystems.
• Experience contributing to thought leadership, point-of-view documents, or internal knowledge assets.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach junior consultants in a project-based setting.
