Senior Consultant - Pharma

Responsibilities

• Independently drive over $1MN in annual revenue through consulting and delivery for Fortune 50 Pharma clients.
• Lead AI-driven transformation projects including Agentic AI, Field-force transformation, omnichannel commercial excellence, and Gen AI Copilot programs.
• Ensure high-quality project outcomes and client satisfaction (targeting NPS 70+).
• Solve complex business problems using advanced analytics and tools such as Python, R, SQL, Dataiku, or Databricks.
• Drive proposal development, client presentations, and strategic discussions to support business development.
• Build in-depth knowledge of client business priorities to develop comprehensive account plans and drive QBRs/MBRs.
• Mentor and provide guidance to cross-functional teams including AI engineers, designers, and consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience leading AI projects, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
• 3+ years of consulting experience specifically with Healthcare or Pharma clients.
• 1+ year of experience in Gen AI development and solution deployment.
• Knowledge of cloud engineering platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to travel to client locations up to 30% of the time.
• Strong commercial acumen and storytelling abilities to engage with senior leadership (VPs and Senior Directors).

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative or technical field.
• Experience with MLOps, LLM ops, and scaling AI solutions in client ecosystems.
• Proven track record in complex program management and resource management.
