Senior Consultant, People (HRBP)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Unit Heads to translate business strategy into actionable people strategies and workforce plans.
• Drive end-to-end talent management processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential identification.
• Manage annual and quarterly performance management cycles, ensuring consistency and data-backed decision-making.
• Foster a high-performance culture by diagnosing engagement trends and implementing targeted interventions.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to forecast hiring needs and support leadership hiring and onboarding effectiveness.
• Utilize people analytics to track key metrics such as attrition, productivity, and diversity, converting data into actionable insights for leaders.
• Lead organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, policy implementation, and capability building.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Proven experience working within consulting, professional services, or knowledge-based organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior leadership stakeholders and influence business decisions.
• Strong expertise in performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting HR metrics and workforce data.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience working in high-growth or matrixed organizational structures.
• Exposure to competency frameworks, leadership development, and organizational design.
• Familiarity with HRIS and various people analytics tools.
